Emerail Matcha

Matcha is the finely ground powder which refined and milled by special milling equipment from Tencha (the baked dried broken tea leaves processed in Tencha stove by using specially shade-grown fresh leaves, steamed without rolling).

茶園種植

覆蓋遮光,使茶氨酸、葉綠素等含量增加,利於製造出好品質的碾茶。

 

茶青採收

採摘期大概在新葉展開5~6葉,色澤呈現出獨有的濃綠開始,且保證最後一片葉子持嫩時採摘。

 

生產加工

經蒸汽殺青、快速冷卻、碾茶機(爐)乾燥、莖葉分離等多道加工工序得到碾茶毛茶。

 

精製後研磨得到抹茶
